Mr. Chary is an immensely knowledgeable professional with years of experience in the financial sector. He has assumed positions of great significance such as the Chairman of the Forward Markets Commission(FMC), Government of India. He has been the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and the Director on the board of a number of Central and State public sector undertakings. At present, he is the National President of the Indo-French Technical Association (IFTA), Mumbai, an association of nuclear scientists, space scientists, bio-technologists, and other technocrats.
Mr. Chary joined the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1964. While in the Service, he had been the Finance Secretary, Planning Secretary, Home Secretary, and officiating Chief Secretary of the Government of Maharashtra. As the Finance Secretary of Maharashtra, he was instrumental in drafting five annual budgets for the Government. He has also been a key member of the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC).
During his vast and illustrious career, Mr. Chary has held a series of challenging positions such as Secretary, Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB); Secretary to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra; Additional Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Greater Bombay; General Manager, Bombay Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking; Vice-Chairman, Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC); Principal Secretary, Urban Development; and Principal Secretary, Social Welfare.
Mr. Chary practices Law as an advocate in the Bombay High Court. He holds an M.A. in Commerce, and L.L.B. degree from the University of Mumbai. At the insistence of the Government of India, he has undertaken postgraduate studies in Economics and Finance at the Institut International d’Administration Publique (IIAP), Paris, France (now renamed Ecole Nationale d’Administration).

Mr. Shah is the Founder Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Technologies Group, a global leader in creating and operating technology-centric financial exchanges for stocks, commodities, currencies, and bonds among other asset classes. Mr. Shah is often called the ‘Innovator of modern financial markets’ for his role in creating a successful public private partnership (PPP) model to build world class financial institutions. He has created modern IP-centric financial markets, which have been instrumental in changing the contours of exchange trading in India and emerging economies from Africa to Asia. Under his th leadership, the Group launched MCX in 2003, which is the world’s 6 largest commodity futures exchange as per the Futures Industry Association (FIA), 2009.
The success of MCX has inspired several countries and Government entities to partner with Financial Technologies and promote various global exchanges. These achievements have seen him feature among the 'Top 30 Global Innovators in e-finance' by Institutional Investor in 2008. He has also been listed among the 'Dominant Financial & Futures Industry Leaders for 2008' by Futures Industry Association (FIA), Washington.
Mr. Shah is a recipient of the ‘Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year’ award for business transformation. He has been recognized by CLSA as one of the ‘Top 20 Indians’ who can change the face of world business and has been inducted in their Hall of Fame. He has been honored with the ‘US-India Businessman of the Year’ award and has been chosen by the World Economic Forum (WEF), Geneva, as a ‘Young Global Leader’. He has also been presented with the ‘Global Social Entrepreneur’ award by Rotary International.
Mr. Shah is deeply passionate about the role of markets in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and has launched initiatives such as ‘Gramin Suvidha Kendra’ in association with India Post and ‘Pragati’ with Rotary International to empower underprivileged communities with education and training within the group.

Mr. Vayid is a distinguished professional with diverse experience in the private as well
as public sector of Mauritius. His proficiency would be invaluable in enabling the
establishment of GBOT as a prominent tech-centric global exchange.
Mr. Vayid was the Chairman and Managing Director of British-American Tobacco Co.
Ltd. (BAT) and was the coordinator for Africa and the West Indies. He has also served
as the Chairman, the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the
Mauritius Employers Federation. He is the founder Chairman and Managing Director
of Strategic Management Consultants Ltd.
Mr. Vayid has served as a Chairperson of several public sector enterprises such as the
Central Housing Authority, the Mauritius Broadcasting Corporation, the National Housing
Development Company, the Mauritius Research Council and the Mauritius Oceanography
Institute. More recently, he was elected to chair the National Economic and Social Council.
In 1976, Mr. Vayid was appointed Companions of the Order of St. Michael and St.
George (C.M.G.) for public service by H. M. the Queen. He was also honored as the
Grand Officer of the Order of the Star and Key of the Indian Ocean in 2007 by the
President of the Republic. He has been an active member of the Mauritius Marine
Authority, the Central Electricity Board, the Special Constitutional Tribunal, the
Permanent Arbitration Tribunal, and the Law Review Committee.
Mr. Vayid holds an honors degree in History and Constitutional Law from Edinburgh
University and management qualifications from Bradford University (UK) and I.M.D.
Lausanne, Switzerland. He is a Fellow of the UK Chartered Management Institute, and
a Member of the Institute of Directors, London.

Mr. Tacouri possesses invaluable experience in the banking sector in Mauritius and
has been involved with several banking organizations most notably that of the
Central Bank of Mauritius. In addition, he also bears thorough knowledge of the
nation from a socio-economic perspective. Thus, his expertise would be significant in
facilitating the growth and transformation of GBOT into a well recognized global
exchange.
Mr. Tacouri joined the Bank of Mauritius (the Central Bank of Mauritius) in 1971. He
has put in over two decade in the development of the bank. During his tenure, he
held several responsible positions including that of the Chief Manager. Subsequently,
he moved up to assume greater responsibilities and last held the position of
Managing Director, prior to his retirement from the Central Bank. In succession to his
major roles in the Bank of Mauritius, Mr. Tacouri went on to become the Managing
Director of the Development Bank of Mauritius. He also had a stint with First City
Bank Ltd. (now Bank One Ltd.) as its Chief Executive Officer. Apart from his banking
stints, he has been actively involved in accelerating the socio-economic
developments in Mauritius.
Mr. Tacouri has earned his Masters in Economics from the Pune University, India. He
went on to do his pre-Ph. D. course on "Research Methodology" from the Gokhale
Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune, India.

Mr. Moollan comes with great understanding of the Mauritian financial market owing
to his stints with various prominent financial organizations of Mauritius. This holds
him in good stead to assume the responsibility of a Director on the board of GBOT.
His expertise would be significant in enabling GBOT in becoming a successful new
generation tech-centric global exchange.
Mr. Moollan was the Chairman of important financial organizations of Mauritius
such as the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd. and the Central Depository &
Settlement Co. Ltd. He is the chair person of Asmo Securities & Investments Ltd.
and Bramer Asset Management Ltd. Mr. Moollan was the Director of several listed
companies including the Swan Insurance Co. Ltd. and the Anglo Mauritius
Assurance Society Ltd. He has made significant contributions as a member of the
Corporate Governance Committee in companies such as Medine S. E. Co. Ltd. and
Plastic Industry (Mauritius) Ltd.
Mr. Moollan has a Bachelors degree in Economics from the Monash University,
Australia and is a member of Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA), Australia.

Mr. Hariharan steers the company's strategy and corporate development efforts,
including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and global expansion partnerships. He
leads corporate efforts like intellectual property (IP) licensing, venture capital,
community services, and partnerships. His responsibilities also include customer
intelligence and corporate affairs. He has been instrumental in setting up new
exchange ventures such as Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), MCX Stck Exchange,
Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX), and others in the Middle East and
South-East Asia. In his role as Director, Strategy, he has been charting the company's
roadmap and has been ensuring that the company continues to build on its
leadership in innovation and growth. Before stepping into his current position, Mr.
Hariharan served Financial Technologies as the Chief Technology Officer, responsible
for the strategic planning and marketing of the company's brand portfolio.
Prior to joining Financial Technologies, Mr. Hariharan was the Assistant Vice-President
of the systems department at the National Stock Exchange (NSE). He has also worked
with NSE.iT, a subsidiary of the NSE, as a Group Head and handled the operations of
the NEAT trading system. He was also a part of the automation and implementation
team for the BOLT® trading and back-office systems at the Bombay Stock Exchange
(BSE).
Mr. Hariharan is a postgraduate in Statistics and a gold medalist from the University
of Calicut. He has attended various training programmes in the digital trading
environment, fault-tolerant systems, and operations at Tandem and Stratus
Computers, US.

Mr. Bosco is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of GBOT.
Promoted by Financial Technologies and licensed by the Financial Services
Commission of Mauritius, GBOT is the first international multi-asset derivatives
exchange offering entire basket of commodities and currencies from Mauritius to the
global investing community.
Mr. Bosco is a qualified professional in Finance, Law and Compliance with over 34
years experience in Banking and Capital Markets. He has held top positions in this
field, including that of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of OTCEI, Head of
an independent Listings Authority in an international exchange in Dubai, with
extensive exposure in the Indian, US, UK, Singapore and Gulf markets.
Earlier, while at National Stock Exchange (NSE), Mr. Bosco headed the departments of
the Membership, Listings, Inspection and Corporate Communications. In 2004, while
working with ICICI Securities, he established the Legal and Compliance departments.
Mr. Bosco was a Director on the board of two US companies belonging to the ICICI
Bank Group, on various committees of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI),
and the founding Executive Member of South Asian Federation of Exchanges (SAFEX).
Mr. Bosco holds a degree in Law and is an M.B.A. in Finance from XIM, Bhubaneswar,
and is a graduate professional in Regulations and Compliance (CRCP) for the US
Securities Markets from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, US.
