Mr. Bosco is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Global Board of Trade (GBOT). Promoted by Financial Technologies and licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, GBOT will be the first pan-African derivatives exchange and a gateway to the African continent.
Mr. Bosco is a qualified professional in finance, law and compliance with over 34 years experience in banking and capital markets. He has held top positions in this field, including that of Managing Director & CEO of OTCEI, head of an independent Listings Authority in an international exchange in Dubai, with extensive exposure in the Indian, US, UK, Singapore and Arabian Gulf markets.
Earlier, while at NSEIL, Mr. Bosco headed the membership, listings, inspection and corporate communication departments. During his tenure at ICICI Securities, he established the legal and compliance departments in 2004.
Mr. Bosco was a director on the board of two US companies belonging to the ICICI Bank Group, on various committees of SEBI, and the founding executive member of South Asian Federation of Exchanges.
Mr. Bosco holds a degree in law, master’s in business administration (finance) from XIM-Bhubaneswar, and is a graduate professional in regulations and compliance (CRCP) for the US securities markets from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, US.

Mr. Verghese is the Sr. Vice President and head of Market Operations Department of the Exchange. He is in charge of key functional areas including Trading, Surveillance, Clearing and Settlement and IT activities.
Mr. Verghese brings along more than two decades of expertise in the financial markets space. He is an expert in various aspects of Securities and Commodities right from policy development and strategy to Operational & IT implementation. He would leverage his international experience and knowledge of practices to enable the generation of modernized solutions customized to individual situations. His adeptness would be substantial in ascertaining the evolution of GBOT as one of the world’s leading exchanges.
Mr. Verghese has hands-on experience in conceptualizing and structuring end-to-end solutions for the financial sector, leading project teams in gathering user information, conducting study of existing systems, gap analysis, client interface to secure financial commitments, testing, implementation & user training. He has a sound track record in executing several financial projects, and in providing constant operation & maintenance support.
Mr. Verghese has held vital positions of different roles in various organizations which includes Exchanges & Investment Banks. At CLSA, he had implemented the Middle and Back office applications which catered to derivative markets and structured products traded across Asia. Mr. Verghese was a consultant for Kuwait Stock Exchange and for the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Ltd. (NCDEX) when it was being set up. In OTCEI, as Head of Market Operations he was involved in laying down procedures & streamlining the operations. Mr. Verghese has demonstrated competencies in outsourcing and managing software development, evaluation of Application Systems and handling Vendor and Application Support Management.
Other than having sound credentials, Mr. Verghese is also an acknowledged team leader, mentor and a motivator with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
